While lying on your left side, support your head with your down side arm. Be sure to keep your body perpendicular to the ground. Brace your core hard and raise both your top and bottom legs off of the ground. Now hold for 5-10 seconds. While maintaining your core brace lower your legs back to the ground. That’s 1 rep. Do 5-6 reps with a goal of 10 reps per side with 10 seconds hold each. Remember, keep your core braced through the entirety of the movement. Once you can perform 10 reps per side with 10 seconds holds you are ready to progress to the ½ Side Bridge.
