Start as per the basic plank but from a pushup position. Brace your core and raise your body up until only your toes and hands are on the ground. Now raise your right leg off the ground until it is parallel to the ground and hold it there for 5 seconds, lower it to the start position and raise your left leg off the ground and hold for 5 seconds. Lower it now raise your left arm off the ground and hold for 5 seconds, lower it now raise your right arm off the ground for 5 seconds. Lower your body to the ground and rest for 2 seconds. That’s 1 rep. Do 5 reps in total for 5 seconds each. Once you can perform 10 reps around the world with 10 seconds hold each limb you are ready to advance to the Elbow Plank Lat Row and the Push-Up Planks Lat Row.
