(A) Bear Donkey Kick
Start exactly as the basic bear and raise your knees 3-5 inches off the ground. Now brace your core hard and squeeze your shoulder blades together as you kick your right leg straight back until your leg is parallel to the ground. Hold this for 5 seconds and repeat on the left side. Once you can do 10 reps per side with 10 seconds holds you are ready to advance to the Bear Around the World.
